Knix Settlement Claim Eligibility
Eligibility criteria to file a claim for the Knix Marketing Settlement:
Location of Purchase:
- You must have purchased qualifying Knix products within the United States, its territories, or the District of Columbia.
Purchase Date:
- Products must have been purchased between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2022
Qualifying Knix Products:
- Only specific Knix products are covered by the settlement.
- Eligible products include Knix leakproof, super leakproof underwear, leakproof tights, leakproof swimwear, teen leakproof swimwear, or Knix reusable pads[
Proof of Purchase:
- Ideally, Knix will have a record of your purchase(s) in their system.
- In this case, you’ll likely receive a Claim ID pre-populating the online claim form, making the process easier.
- However, if Knix doesn’t have your purchase record, you can still file a claim.

The amount of reimbursement you can receive in the Knix settlement depends on two factors:

- In this scenario, you can receive a cash reimbursement of up to $5.30 per qualifying Knix product, with a maximum of 3 items.

Per Knix Doesn’t Have Your Purchase Record (but you have valid proof of purchase):
- Even if Knix doesn’t have your purchase record, you can still file a claim. However, you’ll need to submit valid proof of purchase (receipts, bank statements, order confirmation emails) for the qualifying Knix products.
- The maximum reimbursement amount remains the same – up to $5.30 per qualifying product, with a maximum of 3 items (totaling $15.90).
