Location of Purchase:

  • You must have purchased qualifying Knix products within the United States, its territories, or the District of Columbia.

Purchase Date:

  • Products must have been purchased between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2022

Qualifying Knix Products:

  • Only specific Knix products are covered by the settlement. 
  • Eligible products include Knix leakproof, super leakproof underwear, leakproof tights, leakproof swimwear, teen leakproof swimwear, or Knix reusable pads[

Proof of Purchase:

  • Ideally, Knix will have a record of your purchase(s) in their system.
  • In this case, you’ll likely receive a Claim ID pre-populating the online claim form, making the process easier.
  • However, if Knix doesn’t have your purchase record, you can still file a claim.
  • To receive reimbursement in this scenario, you’ll need to submit valid proof of purchase for the qualifying Knix products.
