After May 2, 2019, you may be eligible for reimbursement if you receive unsolicited marketing messages from the Cubs.

Walgreens agrees to Pay $360 million to settle Humana Lawsuit

To resolve a lawsuit claiming that the retail drugstore overcharged for prescription medication payments, Walgreens Boots Alliance has agreed to pay $360 million to Humana.

A document in federal court in the District of Columbia states that the civil complaint was dismissed with prejudice by U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes on Friday. 

The settlement amount was revealed by Walgreens in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States.

During the lawsuit, Walgreens requested that the federal court completely revoke the verdict; nevertheless, Walgreens later agreed to pay $360 million when they reentered arbitration with Humana. As per the SEC filing, the store situated in Illinois settled for $150 million in December.

Walgreens is still defending itself against many lawsuits alleging it exaggerated prescription medication claims, including one from a group of Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, even after securing a more favorable Humana settlement.
