What Happened in the ALN Medical Management Data Breach?
Between March 18 and March 24, 2024, an unauthorized party gained access to ALN Medical Management’s third-party environment, compromising sensitive patient information. The data exposed included Social Security numbers, driver’s license and government ID numbers, financial information, medical records, and health insurance data. ALN Medical Management provides billing services to healthcare providers including Allied Physicians Group, Bethany Medical Clinic, Hoag Clinic, and National Spine and Pain Centers, among others.
ALN Medical Settlement Eligibility
You were eligible to file a claim if you:
- Are a U.S. resident whose personal information was compromised in the March 2024 ALN data breach
- Received a notice from ALN Medical Management or the Settlement Administrator (Kroll) listing your Class Member ID
Settlement Benefits — How Much Could You Get?
- Documented loss claim: Up to $5,000 for reimbursement of out-of-pocket losses (bank/credit fraud, identity theft expenses, professional service fees, etc.) with supporting documentation
- Alternate cash payment: $50 flat payment for class members without documented losses
