The 30% of the settlement fund will be used to pay Service Award payments to the Plaintiffs and all administrative costs. Eligible Individual claimants will receive a proportional share of 20% while third-party payors can receive a proportional share of 80% of the net settlement fund based on the amount they paid for eligible prescription drugs.

When will the settlement payout be distributed?
