How can you file a claim for the settlement?
To file a claim for the Connexin Software settlement, follow these steps:

- Go to the official settlement website at https://connexindatasettlement.com/.

- Enter your household ID and Pin in the required session.

What does the settlement provide?
As part of the Settlement, Connexin has committed to setting up a $4,000,000.00 Settlement Fund, which will be used to:
- Cover the costs of three (3) years of enhanced identity theft and fraud monitoring and $1 million in insurance (referred to as “Expanded Identity Theft and Fraud Monitoring Services” or “EITFMS”); or
- Reimbursement a maximum of $7,500.00 per class participant for certain out-of-pocket losses (referred to as “Reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Losses”); or
- (3) give pro rata Cash Fund Payment to Class Members (referred to as “Alternative Cash Payment”).
The Settlement Fund will also be used to cover settlement administration expenses, court-approved service awards for named plaintiffs, as well as the Fee Award and Costs. Over the course of four years, Connexin has committed to implementing a number of security measures and business adjustments aimed at bolstering the company’s data and information security.
When will you expect to get your settlement amount?
The timeline for receiving your settlement payment is not confirmed yet but If you submit a valid claim form before the deadline of July 25, 2024 then after the court final hearing that is scheduled for 24 July, to decide whether the settlement is approved or not you can get your payout .
After the final approval hearing, the settlement administrator will review all submitted claims. This process can take several weeks to a few months, depending on the number of claims received. Once the claims are processed and approved, payments will be distributed.

The Settlement Administrator will make payments for legitimate claims for an Alternative Cash Payment or a Reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Losses following the Settlement’s approval and finalization.
By including your email address with your Claim Form, you have the option to choose to receive payment for legitimate claims for an Alternative Cash Payment or Reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Losses via PayPal, Venmo, or another digital payment method rather than a check.
If a person chooses not to accept payment through digital means, they will receive payment in the form of a standard check delivered via US mail.
