Who can submit a claim form?

To submit a claim form for the $40M Cencora data breach class action settlement, it is mandatory to meet the eligibility requirements:

  • You must be a permanent resident of the United States and reside in any territory of the country.
  • You are a customer of Cencora, and you believe that personal information was compromised in the February 2024 data breach, and 
  • You have received a notice with the class member ID and other details from the settlement administrator.

How much can one get?

Out of the $40M Cencora data breach class action settlement, $35 million will be distributed on the pro rata. But the remaining $5 million will be given to those individuals who will have claimed the documented loss.
