- The voicemail was sent by NRS Pay (directly or through VoiceLogic) between January 8, 2020, and the date of final approval
- You did not give NRS Pay prior express written consent to send you telemarketing calls
- You received a settlement notice with a Unique ID and PIN (required for online filing)
How Much Will You Receive?
Each valid claimant receives an equal pro-rata share of the net settlement fund (after attorney fees ~33% and administration costs). Based on expected claim volume:

- If more claims than expected are filed: could decrease to ~$100
