You can spend your CDC vouchers at:

  • Participating heartland merchants, hawkers, and supermarkets. 
  • Singaporean households will receive a total of $500 in CDC vouchers, which can be used at participating local merchants and hawkers, with $250 to be spent at participating heartland merchants and hawkers, and the remaining $250 for spending at participating supermarkets.

How to Claim & Spend CDC Vouchers 2024?

  • Visit go.gov.sg/cdcv and tap on “CDC Vouchers 2024”.
  • Login with Singpass. Only one household member is required to do this on the household’s behalf.
  • Receive your CDC Voucher link by SMS. Share the vouchers with family members by forwarding the SMS.

Choosing Your Redemption Method:

  • Paper vouchers:
    • Print them from the website or collect them at community centres from January 16th.
    • Show the cashier the QR code for scanning.
  • Digital wallets:
    • Download a participating app (PayNow or EZ-Link).
    • Link your SingPass to activate the vouchers.
    • Make payments using the app at participating merchants.

Exceptions for using your CDC Vouchers 2024

There are some restrictions on what you can buy with CDC vouchers. The vouchers cannot be used for the following purchases:

  • Lottery products
  • Petrol
  • Diesel
  • Alcohol
  • Cigarettes

Additionally, the vouchers cannot be resold or exchanged for cash or gift vouchers. Some supermarkets, such as HAO Mart, NTUC FairPrice, Prime Supermarket, Sheng Siong, UStars Supermarket, Giant Singapore, and Ang Mo Supermarket, accept CDC vouchers as payment.

What is the deadline for Claiming CDC 2024 Vouchers?

The deadline for claiming CDC vouchers depends on the year of issuance. 

  • For CDC Vouchers 2023, every Singaporean household received a total of $300 worth of vouchers, and the deadline to claim and spend them was 31 December 2023. 
  • For CDC Vouchers 2024, all Singaporean households will receive a total of $500 in vouchers, and the vouchers will be available for claiming from 3 January 2024 onwards. The deadline for claiming and spending CDC Vouchers 2024 has not been announced yet. 
  • It is important to claim and utilise the vouchers within the validity period to benefit from the scheme.

The terms and conditions for using CDC vouchers are as follows:

  • The CDC digital vouchers are expressed in Singapore Dollars and are redeemable at participating hawkers, merchants, and supermarkets displaying the CDC Voucher decal.
  • The vouchers are not for resale or exchangeable for cash or gift vouchers.
  • The vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • The expiry date for the vouchers is final, and the vouchers are not renewable upon expiry.
  • Vouchers can be used more than once in a single transaction, and any unused portion of their value is not refundable.
  • Voucher printouts will not be accepted at participating hawkers, merchants, or supermarkets.
  • Defaced, damaged, or expired voucher printouts will not be accepted at participating hawkers, merchants, or supermarkets.

What happens if a CDC Voucher 2024 is lost or stolen?

If a CDC voucher is lost or stolen, it cannot be exchanged or replaced. The vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Therefore, it is important to safeguard the unique voucher links and share them only when necessary and with the right parties.
