Settlement Payment Options
- Documented Loss Payment (up to $5,000): Reimbursement for unreimbursed fraudulent charges, bank fees, credit monitoring costs, credit freeze fees, late fees caused by fraud, professional fees (legal/accounting), and other documented losses — with supporting documentation (receipts, bank statements, etc.)
