Exclusion:
- People who submitted the exclusion form from the settlement by the deadline of 26 July 2023 will be excluded from receiving any compensation.
- The directors, officers, legal representatives, or Defendant agents are excluded from the settlement.
- Any plaintiff whose case was consolidated into the MDL and its employees will be excluded from the settlement;
- The mediators, special master, settlement mediators who participated in the Facebook user privacy settlement, and the Judges and their staff associated with the case are excluded from the settlement.
