$4M ALN Medical Management Data Breach Settlement
In March 2024, an unauthorized party gained access to ALN Medical Management’s computer server, resulting in the compromise of personal information belonging to numerous patients, including Social Security numbers, driver’s license ID numbers, government ID numbers, and other sensitive data.
As a consequence of this cybersecurity incident, many individuals suffered both financial and emotional distress. Shortly thereafter, a class action lawsuit was filed against the company, alleging that it failed to implement appropriate measures to protect patients’ private data.
To resolve this matter, the company has now agreed to a settlement, although it has not admitted to any wrongdoing. The settlement received preliminary court approval. Now, the class members are now required to file a claim form to receive their share of the fund; the deadline for doing so is April 3, 2026.

Who can file a claim form for the ALN Medical Management settlement?
Claim forms for the $4M ALN Medical Management Data Breach Settlement may be filed only by class members, meaning those who meet the following requirements.
- You are a US citizen.
- Your personal information was compromised in the ALN Medical Management data breach incident in March 2024.
- You may have received a notice from the Settlement Administrator, either via email or postal mail, that lists your Class Member ID and other details.
How much will be received from the ALN Medical Management settlement?
The payment you receive from the ALN Medical Management data breach settlement depends on whether or not you claim out-of-pocket expenses in your claim form.
If you incurred significant losses as a result of the cybersecurity incident, you may get up to $5,000, examples of which are listed below:
- Bank or credit card fraud losses
- Overdraft or insufficient funds fees
- Credit monitoring or identity theft protection costs
- Credit report or credit freeze fees
- Replacement costs for IDs, cards, or documents
- Postage or mailing costs related to the breach
- Phone charges for contacting banks or agencies

If you have not incurred any out-of-pocket expenses as a result of the data breach incident, you may claim an alternative cash payment and receive $50.
In addition to the cash benefit, all class members who file a claim form will also receive one year of medical data monitoring services. It also includes credit bureau monitoring, medical identity monitoring, real-time alerts, and $1M in identity theft insurance.
How to file a claim form for the ALN Medical Management Settlement?
To receive benefits from the ALN Medical Management Data Breach class action Settlement, you must file a claim form; instructions for doing so are provided below.

- First, access the settlement portal. On the homepage, you will see an option for the Claim Form; click on it.
- Enter your Class Member ID and press the “Next” button.
- Fill in your personal information and contact details.
- If you are claiming out-of-pocket expenses, upload the required supporting documents.
- Select “Direct Deposit” as your payment method, or opt for a paper check.
- Finally, verify all the details and submit your claim form.
When can I expect the payout from the ALN Medical Management settlement?
The ALN Medical Management Data Breach class action settlement payment is expected to be received within 60 to 90 days following final approval. Since the hearing for final approval is scheduled for May 15, 2026, it is likely that approval will be granted in July 2026.
If the settlement receives final approval in July 2026 without any appeals, payments are expected to be distributed between September 2026 and October 2026; however, if an appeal is filed, it may be necessary to wait until December 2026.
