- Option A: It includes compensation for ordinary losses and compensation for lost time. By claiming compensation for ordinary losses, you may expect to get up to $1,000. To claim it, you must have experienced out-of-pocket expenses between June 1, 2025, and May 26, 2026, due to the February 2024 data breach incident, and by claiming compensation for lost time, you can get up to $80 with an hourly rate of $20 for up to 4 hours.
- Option B: It includes compensation for extraordinary losses; if you have experienced losses from identity theft or fraud, you can expect to get up to $3,000.
- Option C: It includes compensation for not expressing any out-of-pocket expenses; if you claim it, you can expect to get a payout of around $35.
In addition to cash benefits, you will get one year of CyEx Financial Shield Total with three bureaus, whose service comes with $1M of financial fraud insurance.
What if anyone isn’t satisfied with the Lee Enterprises Settlement?
