Settlement Benefits
Payments are calculated per household (not per individual claimant):
- With proof of purchase: $6 per unit, maximum 5 units, up to $30 per household
- Without proof of purchase: $4 per unit, maximum 2 units, up to $8 per household
Approximately 50% of the $9.95M fund goes to attorney fees and administration costs; the remaining ~$4.975M is distributed among valid claimants.
