T-Mobile has agreed to pay a maximum of $350,000,000. The qualifying individuals of this settlement can get one from the following type of settlement benefits.

  • Payment for Unreimbursed Out-of-Pocket Losses: Individual who spent money to avoid fraud or identity theft linked with T-Mobile Data Breach, or to protect yourself from future attacks as a result of the Data Breach, and if you submitted a valid claim form for  Payment for Unreimbursed Out-of-Pocket Losses then you will be able to get up to $25,000.

  • Cash payment for taking time off from work:  If you had to take time off from your job or work then you will get the settlement benefit amount based on your regular hourly wage.
  • Alternative Cash Payment: As an alternative to making a claim for reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Losses as well as Lost Time, individuals who submitted a claim for an Alternative Cash Payment can get between $25 to $100, only if they are resided in California as on August 1, 2021. 
  • Identity Defense Services: The settlement also provides a way to qualify individuals to protect themselves from unauthorized use of their personal information. Settlement Class Members who submitted a claim form for Identity Defense Services can enroll themselves in two (2) years of Identity Defense Services, provided by Pango, without paying any cost.
