Proliance Surgeons, which is a large physician-led healthcare organization in the United States, has recently agreed to a settlement of $4.45 million to resolve a class action lawsuit, which was filed against the organization for the February 2023 data breach incident.

The Proliance Surgeons has agreed to the settlement of $4.45 million without accepting any wrongdoing, although the settlement has already received the preliminary approval from the court, and the hearing for the final approval is scheduled for June 20, 2026.
