Poppi Class Action Settlement
Poppi soda purchasers between 23 January 2020 and 18 July 2025 in the United States can claim the settlement payout. The deadline to file the claim if you are a class member is 26 September 2025.
Class members who do not wish to be part of this settlement can opt out or object to the Poppi settlement before 26 September 2025, too. The class action lawsuit against VNGR Beverages/ LLC/ Poppi was resolved with the $8.9 million settlement fund.
The lawsuit claims the defendant falsely marketed or labelled the drinks as gut-healthy and led people to buy, which they would not have bought if there was no advertising like that. The defendant does not agree with the claims of misrepresentations and others, but resolved the lawsuit with a settlement.

Who can claim the Poppi settlement?

- You have purchased the Poppi beverages for personal use, not for commercial use, during the class period 23 January 2020 and 18 July 2025 in the United States.
- You must be living in the United States and have purchased the products in the country.
Exclusion:
- You should not be related to the judge or judicial staff of the class action or their immediate family, as they also cannot claim the settlement.
- Poppi officers, employees, or other subsidiaries cannot claim the settlement.
What will you receive under the Poppi settlement?
The Defendant agrees to pay $8.9 million through this settlement, so the amount will be used for compensation after covering attorney fees & costs, service awards, and administration costs. The class members who have filed the claim will receive the payout based on the following process:
- You will receive a payout of $0.75 for a single unit of Poppi drinks.
- For a 4-pack of Poppi product units, you will receive $3.
- For an 8-pack of Poppi product units, you will receive $6
- For 12-pack or 15-pack product purchases, you will receive the payout of $9.
The above payout was for a class member who will submit the purchased record or receipt with the claim form; however, if you do not have any evidence of the purchase, you will receive the maximum payment of $16 per household.

- If you have the proof of purchase, upload it with the claim, and ensure you entered the correct details.
- Once all the details are entered, submit the claim form for the Poppi settlement.

When to expect the Poppi settlement payout?
The Poppi settlement payout will only proceed after the court gives final approval, which is scheduled on 20 November 2025; hence, if you are planning to claim the payout, we would suggest keeping an eye on the final decision, as it will decide whether there will be any payment or not.
Once the federal court approves the Poppi Settlement, the claimants with approved claims can expect the payment distribution to begin in 90 days, if no one objects to the court’s decision.
