PA Property Tax Rebate Update

Last month, homeowners and qualifying taxpayers in Pennsylvania started to receive their payments for property taxes and rent refunds.

While new applications are being processed, the Commonwealth will still make payments. The deadline for applications was initially set for June 30, 2024.

However, for qualified Pennsylvania residents, the deadline has been extended until the end of the year. On January 16, 2024, the PA Property Tax Rebate program went live.

Submitting a refund request does not cost anything. If you paid rent or property taxes in 2023, you could be eligible for a refund of up to $1,000.
