FedEX MyPillow Shipping Fees Lawsuit: Everything You Are Looking For!

A legal dispute between FedEX and MyPillow because of almost $9 million unpaid shipping fees has come to light. Despite many promises and warning letters, MyPillow failed to pay the owed amount so they have faced a lawsuit.

FedEx placed MyPillow’s account on a cash-only basis, terminated their shipping for the company, and wrote a letter in January 2025 to terminate their shipping services in 30 days. But MyPillow has not paid any owed amount. Now, the potential outcomes can be appealing if MyPillow pays the unpaid shipping fee otherwise they can face continued legal actions and disruptions in their future operations.

FedEX MyPillow Shipping Fees Lawsuit

The FedEx MyPillow Shipping Fees Lawsuit is a legal dispute between FedEx and MyPillow, a company owned by Mike Lindell. The lawsuit revolves around nearly $9 million in unpaid shipping fees that MyPillow allegedly owes to FedEx. The business relationship between both companies was initiated in 2021 and over time, MyPillow has assembled a total $8.8 million unpaid delivery and fees amount.

Due to MyPillow’s failure to pay off these fees, FedEx accused the company of breaching the terms of a shipping services contract. FedEx has stopped shipping products to MyPillow because of the unpaid fees which at that time was $8.5 million in December 2024. As MyPillow has promised many times to pay the owed fees back so they accrue late fees as well.

The lawsuit documents contain many significant steps which FedEx has taken to get repayments from MyPillow but due to their non-serious behaviours, a lawsuit has been filed. The potential outcome of this lawsuit can affect the company’s future operation, market stability and reputation.

Updates about FedEX Legal Action & MyPillow Response

FedEx filed a lawsuit against MyPillow to receive the unpaid shipping fee but this is not the first time when they have faced legal actions related to the unpaid bills and expenses. The lawsuit document includes that dispute of many promises to repay unpaid fees, MyPillow has not responded well.

As a result, FedEx placed MyPillow’s account on a cash-only basis and terminated their shipping for the company in December 2024. On January 13, MyPillow received a formal notice informing the company that, as a result of unpaid invoices, its shipping accounts with FedEx will terminate completely in 30 days.

At that time, FedEx claimed that they were demanding payment for invoices that at the time totaled over $8.5 million. According to the FedEx lawsuit document, MyPillow has not paid FedEx since the January 2025 letter.

Mike Lindell, a political activist and owner of MyPillow, is well-known for being a supporter of President Donald Trump. He was one of the numerous supporters of Trump who claimed election fraud in 2020 which was dismissed by courts later.

When will MyPillow repay the owed shipping fees to FedEX?

The timeline for MyPillow to repay the owed shipping fees to FedEX remains uncertain. Because of the ongoing financial strain of MyPillow, it’s tough to predict when or if the company will be able to pay the unpaid shopping fees. MyPillow is facing many other legal challenges such as the class action filed by the Minnesota law firm.

The allegation of this lawsuit also includes unpaid bills which resulted in a court order to pay nearly $778,000 for unpaid bills and other costs to package delivery service DHL. Additionally, two voting system companies, Smartmatic in Minnesota and Dominion Voting Systems in Washington, D.C. are filing lawsuits against MyPillow for defamation.

Due to the financial burden of various lawsuits on MyPillow, maybe the company can face cash issues. This financial challenge can make it difficult to manage financial obligations. So, no timeline can be confirmed or expected for the repayment of unpaid fees and other costs.

What can be the potential outcome of the FedEX MyPillow Shipping Fees Lawsuit?

The FedEx MyPillow Shipping Fees Lawsuit has two potential outcomes: MyPillow either pays the nearly $9 million in unpaid shipping fees, or it does not. Each situation has its own potential implications which are discussed below.

If MyPillow Pays the Unpaid Shipping Fee:

  • If the company pays the unpaid shipping fee to FedEx, then it could restore their business relationships. This could allow MyPillow to resume FedEx shipping services to manage their company’s operation. Paying this high amount can be a financial burden but it could restore MyPillow market stability, reputation and improve future growth.

If MyPillow Does not Pay the Unpaid Shipping Fee:

  • If MyPillow does not pay the unpaid shipping fee, then the company can face continued legal action from FedEx and court judgement to receive the owed amount. These longer legal disputes can affect the company reputation with FedEx and other business partners. The inability to use FedEx shipping services can also impact MyPillow’s future operations.
