- Day & Night Value Pack versions of the above syrups
- Children’s Robitussin Cough & Chest Congestion DM Syrups
- Children’s Robitussin Cough & Chest Congestion DM / Nighttime Cough Long-Acting DM Day & Night Value Pack
- Children’s Robitussin Elderberry Cough & Chest Congestion DM Syrups
- Any of the Robitussin products mentioned above must be purchased on or after February 16, 2016, and on or before January 21, 2025.
A judge or court employee working on the case, an officer or director of Haleon (formerly GSK Consumer Healthcare), and any individual who has planned to file a separate lawsuit over the same issue are not eligible to get the payout from the settlement.
Individuals with purchase record may the settlement amount for upto three products; households who don’t have receipts, order confirmations, or other valid proof of purchase can claim a product.
How to Claim?
The Non-Drowsy Robitussin Settlement claim form is available until May 12, 2025, any one who meets the certain eligibility criterias may do it by going through the listed points.

The payout for the Non-Drowsy Robitussin Settlement will take place after the final approval, which is scheduled to take place on June 30, 2025. If there will be no appeals, the payment can be received within 90 days after the final approval i.e. likely in late August 2025 and early September 2025.
