To be eligible for the cost of living payment, you must have been entitled to one of the following benefits during the period between 18 August and 17 September 2023:
- Universal Credit
- Income Support
- Jobseeker’s Allowance
- Employment and Support Allowance
- Pension Credit
- Provided that you do not also get Universal Credit.
You will also be eligible for the payment if you receive any of the following disability benefits during the qualifying period:
- Disability Living Allowance
- Personal Independence Payment
